Express Childbirth Education – In-Person Class
Presented by the Family Birthplace and Women’s Health at Valley View

Valley View Hospital Conference Center (located next to the café)

Prepare for delivery with a one-day, childbirth education class at Valley View. Our express class is a 4-hour, in depth look at labor and delivery. The following topics will be covered in the class:

• Basics of labor
• Comfort measures
• Pain management options
• Delivery
• Breastfeeding initiation
• Early newborn care

Cost is $50 for up to two people
Payment must be made in-person on the day of your class via credit card, exact cash or check. We apologize that payment is not currently accepted online at this time.
