Effective mid May, Valley View’s Internal Medicine, Neurology and Wound Care are moving to a new, combined office in Glenwood Springs. The practices will remain in Valley View’s medical office building, but will move downstairs into a new and expanded suite on the first floor. The new address is:

Parking:
You may continue to park in the upper or lower lots to access Valley View’s Medical Office Building.

  • From the upper entrance, take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. Valley View’s Internal Medicine, Neurology and Wound Care are located in suite 101.
  • From the lower entrance, enter through the Valley View door. Internal Medicine, Neurology and Wound Care are located in suite 101.

Jeff Thornton

Jeff Thornton, MD

Dr. Jeff Thornton is a board-certified neurologist and treats a broad spectrum of neurological disorders including Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, migraine, neuropathy, traumatic brain injury and concussion. Dr. Thornton attended college in his hometown at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, where he graduated with honors with a bachelor’s in chemical engineering. Feeling called to apply his aptitude and gift for science to medicine, Dr. Thornton went on to complete medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. His postgraduate training included an internal medicine internship at the University of Oklahoma and neurology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, where he also served as chief resident.
